Package orders and payments will be expected by the night of rehearsal. Payment can be by cash, check, or by credit card with on-line invoicing through PayPal. The event pictures will be posted on-line for proofing within 10 days of the event. Once the pictures are posted, there will be a 2 week deadline for ordering. If prints/poses are not selected by then, the selection will be at my discretion. Therefore, the order date will be no later than June 9th, 2011. Any orders placed after that time will incur an additional $5 fee.
For the all-inclusive DVD of pictures, there will be common candid shots throughout the rehearsal and ceremony day. Each student ordering will be photographed during his/her receipt of diploma. Shots with family need to be requested ahead of time so that I can adequately plan for time and be able to cover each family both in the staged area and candids of the group on ceremony day. Also, if some could be taken the night of rehearsal, that would help tremendously.
All orders will be shipped to the address supplied with the order form.
